In this triptych abstract-expressional painting, I am expressing on canvas, the concept of breathing through a situation. Being mindful and controlling the urge to implode or explode, by simply focusing on your breath and going with the flow. Multiple layers of coloured glazes have been applied to achieve depth of colour, adding an overall mystery to the work.
