DESCRIPTION
This rustic, softly lit impressionistic Australian landscape‚ was painted on a hessian covered board. This technique enhances texture, achieving a tapestry- like effect and adding a beautiful "old world" charm. It required layers and layers of paint, as it is rapidly absorbed by the open weave. I used Atelier artists acrylic and the painting has been sealed with a UV protective varnish. Professionally framed and ready to hang.
