Arterial Connections
DESCRIPTION
I have always loved trees, so over the years, it is common for me to return home from a holiday with dozens of reference photos. I can always see a correlation between nature and life, be it organic or man made. This particular tree reminded me of a highway, with arterial connections going every which way, but also, it had such an organic feeling, almost like the human cardiac anatomy. Any which way, it is a reminder that nature is a great catalyst in my art making journey.
MEDIUM
Acrylic, ink and sealed charcoal on heavy bodied watercolour paper. Requires framing.
SIZE
36cm (W) x 41cm (H) x 0cm (D)
