DESCRIPTION
Nature is always a great catalyst for my artwork. This piece began with lots of
layers of heavy bodied paint & collage to create the textured background. It slowly evolved into a busy composition of fine feathered friends hanging out together, in a leafy tree, as they do. I used lots of glazes and detail, while still maintaining a lovely freedom in the piece.
